Anandvan team replanted a neem tree in Anandvan 2, which was uprooted due to heavy storms near Elina Living. It was done with care to avoid further root and branch damage. The team was able to just lift it back to its original position without twisting and turning it and risking further root damage.

Transplant shock is a possibility, but if the tree suffered minimal damage and receives the right care, it is possible it can make it through.
