AnandVan(AVMM) Pune is thankful to have students from Mansukhbhai Kothari National School who helped us in Karvand -Bengal currant or Indian blueberry saplings plantation.
These saplings will soon grow into shrubs and birds can make their homes on it while enjoying the berries.
Trees are important to the environment. They provide us with fresh air to breathe, a shelter for birds and animals. However, deforestation has been its main enemy. This problem needs to be curtailed to ensure that the ecological balance is maintained.
